  • 1000 grams low fat curd or cottage cheeseLow Carb Cheesecake when its done
  • 1 sachet custard powder (42g)
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 10 eggs (size L)
  • 10 tsp canola oil

  • Optional: Impact Whey Protein (to elevate the protein content, if necessary)

  1. Let’s start with separating the egg white from the yolk. Put all the other ingredients in a big bowl and mix it through.
  2. Now it’s time to beat the egg whites until its stiff. Fold the egg foam gently into to the mix in the bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a springform pan (don’t forget grease the pan before pouring in the batter; our recommendations: some butter or coconut oil)
  4. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 °C (356 °F). Put the springform with the batter for about 1 hour into the oven. When the cake surface starts to get a golden-brown colour put some tin foil over the springform and cook until the cake is ready.
  5. Withdraw the cake once it is done and let it cool for about 2-3 hours
  6. Enjoy!
