A delicious and healthy recipe tuna steak with vegetables and basmati rice. This recipe is easy to make and high in protein.

Recipe: Tuna Steak With Fresh Thyme, Dijon and Basmati Rice

Ingredients (1 portions)

  • 110 g Tuna SteakRecipe: Tuna Steak With Fresh Thyme, Dijon and Basmati Rice
  • 10 g Dijon Mustard
  • 5 g Coconut Oil
  • 50 g Basmati Rice (raw)
  • 300 ml Water
  • Salt, black pepper, fresh thyme to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook the basmati rice in salted water for 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain.
  2. Season the tuna steak with salt, black pepper, mustard and fresh thyme.
  3. In a hot pan add the coconut oil. Cook the tuna for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the tuna steak with basmati rice and vegetables.
