It’s getting hot in here – just right on time we’re here to present you our energizing and refreshing summer shake. It’s easy to prepare and you don’t have to make a mess in the kitchen.

What else there is? Well, this version is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans – absolutely guilt-free enjoyment.

  • Preperation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 2 minutes
  • Ready in: 7 minutes

Recipe: Summer Berry Shake

Ingredients

  • 500 grams yoghurt (or cottage chesse / quark)Summer Berry Shake
  • 125 grams berries, frozen / thawed
  • 30 grams protein powder (Soy Protein Isolate)
  • 10 grams flaxseed
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • MySyrup in „Chocolate“ or Walden Farms Syrup (also in „Chocolate“)

Cooking Directions

  1. Well, this is fairly easy to make: Just pour everything into your blender.
  2. Blend until all big chunks are gone and you get a creamy shake.
  3. Pour the shake into a glass.
  4. Enjoy your Summer Berry Shake
