Now, it can’t get easier as this: Our super simple Baked Beans recipe does not only taste fantastic, it will also supply you with high quality protein and carbs – all it needs is just a little preparation in advance.

  • Preparation Time: 2 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 90 minutes
  • Ready in: 60-90 minutes

Recipe: Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tin (250 grams) white beansRecipe: Baked Beans
  • 1 tin (400 grams) tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • seasonings to your liking
  • salt, pepper, chilli flakes
  • some sweetner (e.g. xylitol)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (392 °F)
  2. Add all ingredients into a baking dish. Mix it well and let it cook for about 60 – 90 minutes.
  3. Take it out after it is done. Let it cool for some minutes.
  4. Enjoy your homemade baked beans!
