Just in time for the summer weather: Our fruity and refreshing (yet tasty) beef steak recipe with a spicy galia melon salad.

  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 10 minutes
  • Ready in: 30 minutes

Recipe: Spicy Galia Melon with Beef Steak

Ingredients

  • 230 grams beef steak (point)Galia Melon with Beef Steak
  • ½ galia melon
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • cayenne pepper, salt, pepper
  • 1 Tsp. vinegar
  • some walnut oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Start with peeling the galia melong. Dispose of the core and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut it into quarters.
  3. Put the galia melon and the tomatoes into a small bowl. Add your favourite condiments and cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, some vinegar and walnut oil. Mix it well.
  4. Preheat the pan, add some olive oil or butter and then cook the beef steak on each side until it is to your liking.
  5. Put your steak on the plate, add the salad.
  6. Enjoy your Spicy Galia Melon with Beef Steak.
