There is nothing better than drinking your well earned protein shake after a strenuous workout. Just in case you want to taste something entirely different, you should give this vanilla protein shake with peanut butter flavor a try.

This is a perfect “meal substitute” if you don’t have much time to get in your post workout meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams yoghurtRecipe: Vanilla Protein Shake with Peanut Butter Flavor
  • 300 ml almond milk / skim milk
  • 150 grams strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 10 grams hemp seeds
  • 12 grams PB2 (Peanut Butter Powder)
  • 50 grams multi-grain flakes
  • 25 grams raspberry muesli (or some other muesli)
  • 30 grams Impact Whey Protein in “Vanilla”

Cooking Directions

  1. It doesn’t get simple than that: Add all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend it like hell.
  3. Enjoy your well earned vanilla protein shake with peanut butter flavor
