Today we’ll show you how to create a delicious thai dish, which is called coconut chicken with black garlic. This dish is rich in flavour, easy to prepare and a real calorie bomb (watch out, you hardgainers)

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Recipe: Coconut Chicken with Garlic


Cooking Directions

  1. At first, we start with adding the uncooked rice to the rice cooker. This takes some time.
  2. Then we continue roasting the chicken breast with a tiny bit of sesame oil in a pan.
  3. Cut the vegetables into small pieces (if necessary). Crush the garlic.
  4. Take the chicken breast out of the pan, add the vegetables (garlic, chilli, peas and onions)
  5. After a while, add the meat back. Finally, add the cooked rice, too.
  6. Deglaze everything with the coconut milk and let it boil down.
  7. Season your dish according to your liking and serve on a plate.
  8. Enjoy your coconut chicken thai style.

Notes & Recommendations

  • Tip 1: Adjust the amount to your preference; reduce the rice portion to save up on carbs. Reduce the coconut milk to save up on fat.
