Here we go: Two delicious and juicy chicken wraps for hot summer days – full or protein and energy to fuel your upcoming workouts (or enhance regeneration)

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 10 minutes
  • Ready in: 15 minutes

Recipe: Chicken Pineapple Tortillas


Cooking Directions

  1. Add the coconut oil in the pan and heat it up.
  2. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and add it to the pan.
  3. Wash the salad leaves and cut the pineapple into small pieces, while the meat is being cooked. Don’t forget to flip the meat.
  4. Cook the meat until it is done. Put the tortillas into the microwave oven and heat it up for 1-2 minutes. Spread the BBQ sauce on the tortillas and add the chicken breast.
  5. Finally, add the salad and pineapple pieces and “wrap it up”.
  6. Enjoy your chicken pineapple tortillas.
