Plain and simple, yet close to nature and without preservatives or artificial flavour enhancers – this damn tasty Cheese & Oat Omlette is the perfect breakfast meal for every hard working athlete.

  • Preparation Time: ~5-10 minutes

Recipe: High Protein Cheese & Oat Omlette

Ingredients (1 portion)

Cooking Directions

  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the oats, the grated cheese and the seed mix.
  2. Cut the onion and add it with your favourite spices and herbs into the bowl. Mix everything well.
  3. Add some coconut oil to the pan and heat it up.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture. Bake the omelette for a few minutes on one side and then flip it over to the over side.
  5. Enjoy your Cheese & Oat Omlette!
