You’re clueless on what to eat for today? You look for a healthy, yet protein packed meal “on-the-go”? Well, these little homemade “Sixpack” Protein Bars will allow you to keep in line with your diet guidelines without risking to sabotage your daily progress.

Theses protein bars are a delicious snack and pretty handy, when hunger pangs strike.

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 15 minutes
  • Ready in: 20 minutes

Recipe: Epic Sixpack Protein Bars

Ingredients

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).
  2. Add all ingredients – except the almonds and the syrup – into a big bowl and mix it well. (Use a hand blender or food processor if necessary)
  3. Spread the batter on a baking tray (don’t forget to add some baking paper as well)
  4. Sprinkle your bars with the chopped almonds.
  5. Put the bars for 15 minutes into the oven.
  6. Let the bars cool a little bit before eating. Now you can add the syrup as well for ultimate flavour.
  7. Enjoy your Sixpack Protein Bars!
