You like vanilla and you like rice pudding – then this is going to be the perfect treat for you. We add some berries and raisins et voila, a tasty post-workout meal is ready!

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 10 minutes
  • Ready in: 15 minutes

Recipe: Vanilla Rice Pudding with Berries


  • 80 grams of riceRecipe: Vanilla Rice Pudding with Berries
  • 250ml almond milk (or plain milk)
  • 30 grams Impact Whey Protein in “Vanilla”
  • 150-200 grams berries, thawed or frozen – you choose!
  • 40-50 grams raisins
  • cinnamon
  • Sweetner or FlavDrops in “Vanilla”

Cooking Directions

  1. First, you need to cook the rice according to instructions (you can opt for rice pudding, too)
  2. Add the rice into a bowl, mix some protein powder, sweetner / FlavDrops and cinnamon powder in.
  3. Finally, add the frozen berries and raisins. Mix it well.
  4. Enjoy your delicious post-workout Vanilla Rice Pudding with Berries!
