We all know it: It is hard to resist a tasty looking chocolate bar, right? Well, in most cases the protein bar isn’t the real problem, since most of them taste really good. The problem lies more in it’s content and the big chunk of calories you’ll get when you consume them. And let’s be honest: Most chocolate bars don’t fit if you’re on weight loss diet.

That’s why we’ve come up with this tasty little treat: Low Carb Bounty Bars full of goodness! (and healthy MCTs)

  • Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 40 minutes
  • Ready in: 45-65 minutes

Recipe: Low Carb Bounty Bar

Ingredients (for 1 bar)

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix the coconut flakes with the coconut oil, some sweetner or FlavDrops and additional water until you can mould a bar.
  2. Put it for about 20 minutes into the cooler.
  3. Take some cocoa powder and mix it with sweetner and some water to create a chocolate coating. Coat the bar with the mixture.
  4. Put the bar for an additional hour into the fridge (or 20 minutes into the cooler), until the chocolate coating settled.
  5. Enjoy your Low Carb Bounty Bar!
