For hot summer days there is nothing better than a cool down with a nice and creamy portion of self-made ice. But wait up: This is not your typical ice, since we’re here on we’ll show you how to make banana ice…all natural and without artificial flavours.

Enjoy this ice post-workout or when you need a good dose of carbs.

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 3-4 hours
  • Ready in: 3-4 hours

Recipe: Creamy Banana Ice


  • 3 bananas, ripeRecipe: Creamy Banana Ice
  • a handful of dates (dried)
  • cinnamon
  • a little bit of warm watter

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel your bananas and cut it up into small pieces. Put the banana piece for 3-4 hours into the fridge (in a bowl).
  2. Afterwards, add your bananas with the dates and a little bit of water into your blender.
  3. Blend the hell out of it.
  4. Garnish with some cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy your Creamy Banana Ice!
