There is nothing better than a well stuffed tortilla with healthy ingredients. A big advantage of tortillas is, that you can vary the ingredients to create a totally different dish and you can take them with you and eat “on the go” when necessary.

This whole wheat tortilla with broccoli crème is perfectly for your pre- and post-workout nutrition.

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 20-25 minutes
  • Ready in: 35-45 minutes

Recipe: Whole Wheat Tortilla with Broccoli Creme

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas or low carb tortillasRecipe: Whole Wheat Tortilla with Broccoli Creme
  • 100 grams cream cheese (low fat)
  • 250-300 grams broccoki
  • 50 grams ham (low fat)
  • salt and other spices

Cooking Directions

  1. First, you need to cook the broccoli.
  2. Mix the broccoli with the cream cheese, salt and other spices and then blend it, until you get a fine crème.
  3. Heat the tortillas up in your microwave (1-2 minutes)
  4. Now, start adding the broccoli crème onto the tortillas. Cut the ham into thin slices and add them, too.
  5. Spice again. Now you’re done!
