This easy to make low carb cheese chips are a perfect snack for the TV or in-between if you get hungry. You don’t need much ingredients. You can enjoy them either warm or cold (e.g. on the go).

  • Preparation Time: 2 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Ready in: 12-17 minutes

Recipe: Low Carb Cheese Chips

Ingredients

  • 100 grams cheese, grated (we’ve used Gouda)Recipe: Low Carb Cheese Chips
  • a pinch of salt
  • other spices

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).
  2. Place the grated cheese, so that you get small clusters of cheese.
  3. Salt them and add more spices if you like.
  4. Cook the cheese for approx.. 10-15 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F). You should stand by and watch, so that the cheese doesn’t get burned off.
  5. Enjoy your Low Carb snack, Cheese Chips!

Notes & Recommendations

  • Tip 1: You can add some bacon to enhance the flavor and add another dimension.
  • Tip 2: Let the chips cool down, after baking them.
  • Tip 3: Add some olive oil on the baking paper, so that the chips don’t stick to it.
