Hands down: This is the recipe you have been looking for your entire fitness addicts life: We present you a tasty, yet low carb chocolate cheesecake which looks and tastes like the original.

You don’t believe it? We dare you!

  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 50-60 minutes
  • Ready in: 65-75 minutes

Recipe: Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake


  • 500 grams quark (low fat; you can use greek yoghurt / cottage cheese, too)Recipe: Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake
  • 350 grams cream cheese (low fat)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tsp flour (you can use almond flour)
  • 120-150 grams chocolate (with high cocoa content)
  • sweetner (Stevia, Xylitol or FlavDrops)
  • pinch salt
  • vanilla essence

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F)
  2. Start with separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk until the egg whites get stiff.
  3. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. (You can microwave it for 30 seconds, so that it melts down).
  4. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl und fold in the stiff egg whites cautiously.
  5. Pour the batter into a baking form (which you’ve greased in with butter or coconut oil).
  6. Bake the cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
  7. Take the cake out and let it cool down.
  8. Enjoy your wonderful and delicious Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake.

Notes & Recommendations

  • Tip 1: You can use some Impact Whey Protein in “Vanilla” or “Lemon Cheesecake” to improve protein content (or take Impact Whey Isolate).
  • Tip 2: Use low fat variants of the quark and cheese, to reduce fat content.
  • Tip 3: Add some peanut butter or MySyrup as a topping to enrich flavor.
