This delicious treat is for all of you who need a small energy surge; we show you how to create your own energy cake – the healthy way!

  • Preparation Time: 5-7 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: – minutes
  • Ready in: 10 minutes

Recipe: Homemade Energy Cake

Ingredients

  • 80 grams oats
  • 10-20 grams honey
  • 20 grams Impact Whey Protein
  • 2 Tsp Water (per 10 grams Whey)
  • 2 Tsp. peanut butter
  • Optional: Use more peanut butter instead of honey
  • Optional: raisins
  • Optional: flaxseeds or cashew nuts

Cooking Directions

  1. Add 20 grams of Whey into a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix it well until all powder is dissolved.
  2. Now add the honey.
  3. Mix the whole thing with your oats und mix it again. You can add some more honey if you like to.
  4. Put the cake mass into freezer bag and press it into a bar like cake.
  5. You can put it into the fridge / freezer for 10 minutes to settle.
  6. Enjoy your homemade Energy Cake!
