You like waffles? We do, too. But, of course, they have to have a high protein content. These little protein bombs are also rich in energy due to the high fat content. Feel free to substitute the butter with coconut oil (for the extra portion MCTs).

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Baking Time: 3 minutes
  • Ready in: 20 minutes

Recipe: Quark Whey Waffles

Ingredients (3 portions)

  • 50 grams Impact Whey Protein (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 25 grams Stevia (or some other sweetner)
  • 500 grams quark, low fat (or greek yoghurt, cottage chesse)
  • 5 eggs
  • 125 grams butter

Cooking Directions

  1. Start with mixing all ingredients in a big bowl with your hand mixer (or a food processor).
  2. Pour the batter in your favourite waffle iron.
  3. Serve the waffles on a plate
  4. Enjoy your Quark Whey Waffles.
